These Terms & Conditions apply to all photography services provided by Pogrebnoys Photography.

By submitting an inquiry through this website, booking a session, paying a retainer, or using the services of Pogrebnoys Photography, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
A booking is considered confirmed only after the agreed retainer/deposit has been received. Dates are reserved exclusively for the Client once the booking fee has been paid.
Retainers are non-refundable. If a session or wedding must be rescheduled, every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate a new date, subject to availability.
Portrait, couples, and family sessions are typically delivered within 1–4 weeks. Wedding galleries are typically delivered within 4–8 weeks depending on season and workload.
The Client acknowledges that they have reviewed the Photographer's portfolio and accept the Photographer's editing style, artistic judgment, and creative approach.
Pogrebnoys Photography retains full copyright to all images. Clients receive personal-use rights and may share images online with proper credit when possible.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Photographer may use photographs for portfolio display, website content, social media, advertising, competitions, publications, educational purposes, and business promotion.
Clients requiring complete confidentiality must request this before booking. Additional fees may apply.
Outdoor sessions and wedding portraits may proceed in light rain, wind, snow, or other normal weather conditions. Weather alone does not automatically qualify as a reason for cancellation. Rescheduling due to severe weather will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
The Photographer shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, injury, natural disasters, government restrictions, venue closures, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
The Photographer retains full discretion regarding image selection, editing, and final gallery delivery. The number of images delivered may vary depending on the event, session length, and circumstances. Unedited RAW files are not provided.
The Client is responsible for obtaining any required permissions for photography locations and for ensuring timely attendance at scheduled sessions.
Personal information submitted through the website or inquiry forms is used solely for communication, booking, and client service purposes.
